Oakridge aims to deliver better business performance and improved people engagement by helping bring about real, pragmatic change. The company, which is head quartered in the north west of England, has a fourteen year track record of delivering behavioural skills to highly regulated and compliance-orientated sectors and our people have a wealth of experience of working in various roles within the nuclear industry.
Why we joined the Skills Academy?
In March 2011 we joined the Skills Academy with two aims:
- to support the Skills Academy in standards development in the areas of management, leadership and behavioural skills
- to establish Oakridge as the key provider of these skills to the nuclear industry.
