Skills Assured functionality includes:

• Organisational customisation. For example, create your own organisational competence levels and descriptors or use industry/sector developed frameworks.
• Competence assessments which can be updated in real-time.
• Dynamic dashboard reporting that allows organisations to view up to date competence and gain training insight.
• An assessment workflow process which can support different relationships (employee to employer/line manager/project manager), with assessment steps which can be carried out in parallel
• Allows users to showcase evidence of their competency in a range of formats, including video, in support of competence scores, training and qualifications.
• Allows users to create specific mini showcases for any purpose, including CIPD, health and safety and professional qualifications.
